History of National Voters Day

This initiative was launched to encourage maximum voter participation and to ensure every eligible citizen is registered as a voter. Electoral Rolls: Citizens must be registered on the voter list of their constituency.

Residence: Voters must reside in the constituency where they intend to vote.
